I didnt necessarily want to rate Muse itself as 1 star, however the hairdresser Isa who did my hair I think needs it. Went first time for some highlights which came out amazing. To eventually go back for some more to end up with a full head of blonde, grey at the top as the toner was left on far too long with yellow strands going through my hair. It looked an absolute mess. After ringing up in the morning another one of the ladies kindly told me I could go back in for a toner on it as the other one looked disastrous. To have to pay, and be left with wet hair... this however is the least of my problems. The absolute state of my hair and the pure damage, my hair is in disarray. Years of looking after it and growing it out to find my hair like chewing gum, clumping and falling out. Im obviously aware these are risks posed with bleach but god knows what was used on my hair as 3 hair appointments at another hairdressers my hair is still utterly ruined. So cheers for that

My daughter treated me to my hair cut and coloured with Grace. I'm over the moon with it. Can't thank Grace enough, feel like a new woman. Lovely atmosphere with amazing staff. Thank you so much Grace x

Was really anxious in trying a new salon but I’m so glad I did, I had a wash, cut & blowdry done by Ila, she made me feel at ease and my hair looks amazing!
Definitely will be recommended to everyone.

Wonderful experience, myself and my friend had a number of treatments with Rachel before our holidays . Not a regular at having treatments , but Rachel made us feel completely at ease. Very professional and knowledgeable about treatments we wanted , felt really well looked after . Thank-you Rachel we will be back again soon x

Love the staff here. They always cut my hair how I want it, even when I don’t know what I want myself. Take my young daughter here as well and they’re great with her. Well priced and fantastic service
