i went for the first time with my sister to try a different place and it was absolutely amazing. the french tip was better then weve seen before and only cheap there was a man by himself and he really put his work in and was so gentle and slow to make sure they was perfect and talkative 100% will be returning! however i think they need to have some music playing just to bring up the atmosphere.

I came today for an infill after previously having my nails done here and asked for the same design. There new nail tech couldn’t do the heart design on the nail correctly so I said it’s ok il have plain French tips with the bow and gems. The bow she put on was significantly larger than the previous so I said leave the bow and just the gems and the nail tech stood up and said no I’m not doing any gems for you and refused to finish my nails so I refused to pay and left. Will never come here again. 2 n half hours for an infill is ridiculous and left with unfinished nails

Went to lush today to get my eyebrows waxed and tinted and was treated appalling because I dared to say they didn't look even!! Two other customers in the shop so I was extremely embarrassed. The woman wiped off the tint straight away and told me I was done because she told me to keep still when I wasn't even moving. Never again will I give my money to this shop extremely embarrassed and attitude was vile from the woman!! Also had a pedicure and spa from the guy few months ago worst pedicure ever the Iranian lady was miles better!! Also not much choice for colours or styles!

The response to this review from the business owner is a prime example of the attitude I was shown whilst I was there!!

Had my nail's done just before Christmas. The guy did it they are a right mess. Should have been builder gel. My nail's are thin and breaking obviously not builder gel. He filed to much off. He is not qualified to do this.

The guy at this nail salon cannot do nails shocking Anna lets him. Watch his acrylic special lol massive wedge of acrylic then tries to file it all down. Don’t let untrained staff apply nails of any kind and charge the same price as a professional.
