Rude staff and arguing with each other wasn’t a pleasant experience today and was charged £15 more than i was charged last time, which I explained and was given pure attitude and was shouted at cash only the lady needs to chill with her attitude like she’s a gun to her head and hates her job definitely won’t be going back.

Very horrible service from the staff. They are all very rude especially the female workers. They also like to close an hour early whenever they feel and be rude when someone shows up an hour before closing time which is normal. They should change their opening and closing times if they're lazy about their business instead of being rude to customers, giving dirts, rolling eyes and being disrespectful. They also talk rubbish in their own language to each other which is disgusting and uncomfortable to be around. do not recommend at all

Rude members of staff.
I came to this nail shop straight after work (it was a last minute plan) I explained to the members of staff what I wanted, which wasn’t an issue. As one of the female staff members was putting the false nail ontop of my own nails, she misplaced one of them and it was completely out of position - it was BENT. I asked her politely if she could remove it and do it again, she told me it would straighten out once she’s filed it. I have knowledge on acrylic nails and believe me, this wasn’t something you could rectify by just “filing” it. The nail itself was going diagonal. The female member of staff then turned to the other team members and was communicating in her own language. I wasn’t settling down for just a file, so I kept requesting for her to remove it and place it ontop of my nail again. Other members of staff had then intervened and said it’ll be fine, which then turned into a little bit of a debate. I don’t understand why, when the customer has requested so many times of what she wants. JENNY (this specific team member had put me off!!) She rolled her eyes at me. YES, rolled her eyes, huffed & puffed and told the staff that was doing my nails to remove it. I then said to Jenny, “I’m paying for your service at the end of the day”, after that, my experience was just so awkward and silent. Staff decided to have conversations in their own language the entire time. Apart from that, I must admit they do acrylic nails nice, but their attitude in work just really put me off and put the whole experience in the bin. Oh and not to mention aswell, the woman doing my nails decided to facetime somebody and was on call to him till the end of my experience. Didn’t even ask permission if it’s okay to take the call out of courtesy and decency.

Really awful place. The workers there are so rude! They belittle you and have no manners at ALL! I get that English isn’t their first language but they could at least learn to use basic manners when they speak!! It’s so so rude and it makes you feel so uncomfortable. My nails are all lifting and wonky too. Stay away from this place!

I had the worst experience here. I came in for a removal and fresh set. I simply repeated what I wanted to the man to make sure he heard me properly due to the language barrier and he said ‘I heard you the first time you do not need to repeat yourself’ .. Their customer services skills are little to none! I then was seated with JENNY, and I simply asked her to level out my nails/ buff them a little more as she did quite a rushed job, and she sighed and huffed and puffed the whole way through. As if someone was forcing her to do her job at gun point. I felt very out of place and awkward, if you want a quality service then book in with an independent nail tech. These guys do a very rushed job and then show a lot of attitude when you ask to make any changes. Not to mention I saw them use a nail file to do someone’s toes, and they then used that same nail file on the next clients hands. The whole place is unsanitary.
