If you like being shouted at, bossed about and manhandled then this is the place for you!! To say the owner is rude would be an understatement. I was shouted at from the moment I entered. She hadn’t listened to my original booking then blamed me for her not allocating the correct amount of time. There was some confusion regarding payment. The previous discussion that we had had regarding prices was somewhat interrupted as she was multi-tasking (doing my nails whilst on a zoom meeting for another business). The misunderstanding also wasn’t helped by the lack of price-list on the premises. Rather than having a normal adult-discussion about the cost, after my nails were done, the owner went on a rant whilst wagging her finger in my face. This is a cash in-hand business so if you do choose to go here (at your peril!!) then please double check and ensure that you have the correct amount of money or you will have to return to an ATM and upon your return will feel the wrath of the owner!😡😡😡

I went in wanting a set of long acrylics. I chose the length I have always got in the past and was talked out of it by a member of staff. Then just as I thought when the nails were done I wanted them longer but it was too late by then. I've never had issues anywhere else getting the length so not very satisfied.

I was a walk in late Friday night and they accommodated no problem. A very friendly and professional service. Definitely use again and reccomend. During Covid times cleanliness was spot on too.
