Google Not sure it’s even open? I booked for an appointment and then called to delay it by 15min as I was held up but got no answer on the phone, via email or via social media. And I’ve paid a deposit for the appointment too which I seem to have now lost because I couldn’t make contact with my the salon.

Google They need a good deep clean of the whole shop, not very hygiene sorry
making coment on behalf of my grandma who is a customer of yours.
Owner Response:
Hi Kelly, we were very surprised and naturally disappointed to receive your review as hygiene is something we pride ourselves in. On attempting to investigate what has gone wrong we have been unable to establish when you visited us as we couldn’t find any records on our computer system of your visit or a client card under your name? May we ask a favour to assist us getting to the bottom of this? Please would you be able to confirm when you visited our Woodley Salon and whether the above is the name your treatment was booked under. We will then conduct a full investigation and get back to you with our findings!
Thanks
