I’ve been going to Hannah since she first started training, and I honestly I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my hair now. She gets it perfect every single time and always knows exactly what I want!

Not only is she incredibly talented, but she’s also such a lovely person and makes every appointment feel comfortable and relaxed. It’s been amazing watching her grow in confidence and skill over the years. I 1000% recommend to anyone looking for someone who genuinely cares about their clients and does amazing hair every time! 🤍

The worst manicure I've ever had. I was 5 mins late due to parking issues but even when I arrived I wasn't seen until 10 mins later so it's not as if they were waiting for me. On top of that they missed out some bits of my appointment stating it's bc I was late but had the lady actually attended to me as soon I arrived, perhaps she'd have had time. Having said that, the photos say enough so it's a good thing I didn't have to stay there longer!

I had such a great experience with Hannah at The Works Marple. She did a full head of highlights on my already compromised hair and was incredibly knowledgeable from start to finish. She really took the time to assess the condition of my hair and explained everything she was doing along the way, which made me feel completely comfortable trusting her advice.

Throughout the appointment, she was very honest about what would and wouldn’t be suitable for my hair, especially when it came to toning in the same session versus waiting until my next appointment to protect the condition of my hair. I really appreciated how focused she was on maintaining the health of my hair rather than just pushing for a result in one sitting.

After my appointment, Hannah sent me a full list of recommended products along with an aftercare routine tailored specifically for my hair, which I was such a thoughtful touch and shows how much she genuinely cares about her clients getting the best long-term results.

I also decided to go for a blunt bob and I absolutely love the cut — it feels so fresh and already a lot healthier than before. Hannah was professional, honest and clearly very experienced. I couldn’t recommend her enough!

Lauren is a gem! She coloured and cut my hair beautifully yesterday, I'm so pleased with the results. She really listens to what you'd like, advises with her expertise and then does exactly what you decide together. It's such a nice experience in the salon and I always leave feeling really treated.
