Came in for BIAB nails on my natural nails and one nail extension. Incredibly rushed and messy job. Long waiting time too as they just want as many customers as possible. Valuing quantity over quality.

I initially showed the first picture to the technician, and he has done my nails in the second picture. I was charged £34 for this service. Unfortunately, I am dissatisfied with the quality of the service provided, as it did not meet my expectations. Overall, I feel that my time and money were not well spent.

Visited this nail salon a few days ago to have infills - this is an honest review of my experience.
Firstly , they don’t use sanitised / new items , such as the nail files, cuticle cutters are not cleaned prior to use. The whole place does not feel particularly clean. Workers are sat around on their phones looking fed up. I would give my nails 5/10 - bumpy and not particularly straight ( not sure if I got them on a bad day ) edges were missing colour in parts and it’s only when I got in the light I could see the terrible work she did. The photos they show look nothing like what I got. Everything feels rushed and they didn’t have any customers in when I visited , so not sure why it was rushed. Literally want to know the colour as soon as you sit down. No discussion for nail shape etc.. I had wanted to try this salon for a few months now and glad I have as I will not be returning and would recommend trying the one opposite (review to follow) some advice for the owner - try not to converse in your native language as it rude and inconsiderate. Clean the place up and spend time listening to what is required by the client.

Would of gave u guys 5 star I have no problem with your work u do amazing however u make your prices up as u go along for long nails with design I am charged anywhere from 35 on wards this week I had really short nails with white tips that's it and u charged me 35 pound for them but I didn't have long nails that u charge extra for I had very short nails feel like your pricing is bit un fair and made up as u go will have to try somewhere else as usually 25 is the price u pay for white tips but your work is good pricing is disappointing
