Actually left with bleeding fingers. The lady was rushing so fast while loudly talking to her mate/colleague. They were both talking in their language loud and the lady doing my nails seemed really angry, The other woman kept snorting up grunts constant. Revolting. The woman must have done them in the space of 20 mins. She even put my hands in the blue light once each for what seemed like a minute. Absolutely no friendliness or care. My hands were that sore at the end I struggled getting my purse out of my bag. I couldn't wait to leave. Awful service. Even half way through she could see she had made them bleed but just ignored I felt embarrassed after and wanted to hide my hands.Iv got plasters on my fingers now. Next time I will spend a bit more and go somewhere professional. This was at the Manchester Arndale Market one Absolutely SHOCKING!!!!

This place has the worst customer service. The lady did not even bother to shape my nails properly and treated me with a lot of hostility. The worse part that they were speaking in their own foreign language about me. Honestly it's so bad, I would definitely avoid.

Used manchester Arndale branch, never,ever again. 2 days after having my nails done look like they have been on for 4 weeks and like I work on a building site. Gel peeling off and chipped. My mum had hers done same day as me and 4 days in they were hanging off. Safe to say she managed to take them off before causing injury.
My cuticles are sore and cuts all round my nail beds. Do not go here please

If I could go lower I would. So rude! They have no clue what they’re doing! I asked for black tips and they just did black blobs. I asked them to try and fix it three times. They then removed all the colours and told me to get out and shoo’d me away. Ruining my nails and making them really short in the process!

Absolutely terrible. Staff were so rude to everyone and although I don’t speak their language, I can tell they are speaking about the costumers. I don’t know about the manicures because I didn’t do them but I highly suggest to not do the eyelash extensions. They tell you to open your eyes whiles they put the extensions on, worst experience ever. They put way too much glue on the lash and it will leak into your eyes. They did one of my eyes and I was not happy. My eye was stinging like crazy after she was done with only one eye. I told her to take them off and she charged me £10. Absolutely disgraceful.
