Worst customer service and application I have ever experienced. I have been to this salon on multiple occasions over the years and I regret it every time. I asked for a gel nail soak off today. Instead, the woman drilled the entirety of the polish off to the point of drilling away at my natural nail. She damaged my nails badly leaving them weak and brittle. She was very rude, didn't say a word to me and was on face time with her air pods in. In the past, I have had acrylic nails done here. They ripped my cuticles to shreds with the nail drill, making them bleed. This led to infection and pain.

I had my nails done yesterday, the technician was rushing as there was a queue, and she was being rough with the drill, I had to move my hands or say "ouch" several times, when my skin was red around my nails, I thought she'd be more careful, but no, she went in a second time and I had to keep telling her to be careful because it's sore now. She said ok, but then even when she saw the bleeding, she was continuing to dig her nail in and scrape the cut to try and get rid of the cured gel that she got onto my skin. It was painful and I couldn't believe she continued when I asked her to stop. The cuticles weren't even trimmed back properly in the first place as she was rushing. Now it's the next day and all my cuticals are red around every single nail and some of them are inflamed and still an open wound. I wanted to post the pictures on this review, but for some reason it's not giving me the option to add a picture.

I never normally go to Hana’s nails but I did as a one off and I will not be returning! Yesterday I arrived and waited over 1 hour to have my nails done. I believe it was hana herself who did my full set of acrylic french tips in 30 minutes she was rushing as it was late and there were other people behind me waiting! I she was rough with me and cut all my cuticles I had to mention numerous times to straighten the nails, when I left the shop I noticed how wonky the French tip was and wasn’t happy with how they looked so I called the shop and they told me to come back today which I did. When I arrived Hana said I had to pay £10 to get them removed which I was not happy to do she was stood up arguing with me raising her voice in front of a whole shop off people I asked for my money back and she said I cannot get my money back unless they CLIP my nails she said she wasn’t happy with me going somewhere else to take her work off! I told her to clip them off and she came over shaking whilst holding my hand so I asked for somebody else to do it whilst hana was still stood up arguing with me! She was saying sorry to the rest of the customers but not me!!! This is how I had to leave the shop to get my £35 back 😭😭😭😭 AVOID AVOID!!! ‼️‼️😭😭

Called in hanas nails today just wanted a soak off was told £7 off one ladies then £10 off another lady do you know why 2 prices same thing.
So I left and said no thankyou I will go somewhere else .

I went there thinking I would get the same treatment as I did at Moston with Tran but I was sadly mistaken. When I asked for my nails to be shaped more the man huffed and puffed. If I am paying £45 for my set and design I dont think that was too much to ask. Within 4 days I had 3 nails cracked all in the same place and one which had fallen off. I went back to advise they told me they would fix it. To then be told I would be charged £5 was a joke. I wont be going again as
