Google The salon is good, but the service is very poor. They tell you a lower price at first and then charge more later. I was told it would be only £110 for hands and feet, but they charged me £130. The nails are clean and nicely done, but they really need to improve their service. They also entered my details incorrectly in their app, which caused me to wait longer.
Owner Response:
Hi Arifa, thank you for your feedback. We’re really sorry to hear that your experience felt disappointing.
The higher price was due to add ons during the appointment, this should’ve been explained better during your previous appointment to avoid any confusion. We apologise for the issue with your details we should do better and we aim to not make those mistakes again.
We’re happy to hear you’re pleased with the nails. Your feedback will help us improve both our communication and customer service moving forward 🤍.
