Absolutely awful booked a short hair cut for bank holidat Monday they tang me hung up them changed my booking on treatwell for 4.5 hours later without even speaking to me I then rang and rearranged for the Saturday as I couldn't make 6pm
I arrived showed the lady a picture of how I wanted my hair she replied I camt do that short looks like a man's hair beeh disturbing and judgmental
she then showed me another picture that she could do I said ok thats fine well lets just say i now have an appt at another salon this week to have my hair fixed as its an absolute mess when she dries it she didnt even style it or anything she cut my angled fringe in to a straight line told me now I can wear it either way not at all what I had or wanted and the side of my hair where I told her I hated the most as it flicked out she tries telling me oh its layers no its not you completely messed up my hair
also when leaving I paid on treateell she rang someone tried telling me my hair should be more expensive as it was a Saturday I clearly told her its not my fault you canceled my appointment and gave me a time I couldn't do 4.5 hours after my appointment

my hair got washed,cut and a blow dry by a lovely lady, she gave me tips on what haircut to get, and it framed, the service was top notch, she kept complimenting me and offering coffee or food and overall super kind. My hat turned out stunning. My brows were also done and were very symmetrical and surprisingly painless during the process! Not coming here will make you miss out on the biggest glow up. Definitely will be coming back and highly recommend!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I went to A Star Beauty with my daughter for a haircut and eyebrow threading. Shahistha did our haircuts and was absolutely amazing—both of us are thrilled with the results! Sashma also did a great job with our eyebrows we were completely satisfied. We’ve tried other places before, but we only trust A Star Beauty and their wonderful staff.

I got my facial and hair cut done. They were both done very nicely by Shazam and shahista. Both are friendly and really do their job well. Definitely would recommend .

I booked an appointment for 1.30pm for a threading. When I went in staff wasn’t aware of my appointment. Made me waited for almost 25min. Only go to this salon if you have a plenty of time to waste. Lady who did my threading was good. Management needs to work on their responsibilities.
