Awful quality nails after only a week nails started cracking at the sides which has never happend with any other acrylics I’ve had should have cut them down when this started but I ended up falling over and the nails which had cracked ended up injuring me

I’ve been coming here for years, so it’s really frustrating to see how much it’s gone downhill. My last set was honestly awful – nails were lumpy, some clearly not cured properly, and the shapes are completely uneven. The whole appointment felt rushed, like there was zero care or attention to detail.

On a few occasions I’ve even had my fingers cut, but I kept coming back thinking it was just a one-off or a bad day. This time though was worse – she left to go on her phone while my nails were in the lamp and didn’t even tell me to switch over for the final cure, so I ended up having to sort them myself at home. I didn’t even feel comfortable asking for them to be fixed, which says a lot about the experience.

For the price, this just isn’t acceptable. It’s nowhere near the standard it used to be and definitely not worth the money anymore.

I’ve been coming here for over 2 years, which makes this even more disappointing. On my recent visit, I was laughed at because my nails had grown out, which was embarrassing and unprofessional. Instead of offering me an infill like most nail salons would after only 4 weeks, I was told I had to have a full soak off and completely new set, which felt unnecessary and like I was being pushed into paying more.

I also asked for my nails to be shorter than I originally had them, and I was made to feel stupid for even asking. When I requested chrome on top, I was completely ignored and another worker had to answer for her instead.

To make matters worse, the finished nails are bumpy and poor quality. After being a loyal customer for so long, I’m really disappointed and upset by how I was treated and the result I left with.

I have been coming here a long time but recently they seem to have had a change of hands in the owners and team , the last two times I have been they have not been to the same standard & the prices have gone up .
They are passable for the convenience of not doing them myself but not good enough for the price tag you’re paying . The nails I’ve had are not level , you can see a ridge on one of them and you could tell she was tired and rushing .

Chaotic. Had 2 different people begin my nails. Lady doing my nails left me sat there whilst she helped a colleague. I was in there unnecessarily ages. Constantly talking and laughing with colleagues. Unprofessional -dirty tissue on floor looked like had blood on it. Had my nails soaking ages and used that awful drill thing which hurt. V quick at filing and nicked my skin twice. My fingertips were sore and throbbing all night. Still a bit sore now. Never again. Not a pleasant experience.

The worst experience I had , I had pedicure with them cut my heel in two places & bleeding , they only accepted cash which it’s so in convenience , bunch of rude people & dirty saloon , I wish I read the reviews before I booked three of us for pedicures , never go there again 👎

I’ve visited this place twice, even though the environment is not particularly clean. The first time, I came for infills and the lady who did them did a good job for a decent price, so I decided to return.

This time, I booked a full set of acrylics with a French tip. Unfortunately, the nails turned out chunky and uneven, so I politely asked the young gentleman to correct them. He seemed visibly upset by my request, and his attitude changed. When he finished, he didn’t tell me he was done or even look at me—he simply started talking to the next customer sitting beside me. I found that rude and unprofessional.

I still paid, despite leaving with uneven nails, nail polish on my fingers, and a result I am not happy with. He also didn’t say goodbye or wish me a nice day. It was clear he wasn’t pleased that I wasn’t pleased with his work.

At the end of the day, I paid for a service I’m not satisfied with, and that’s not okay. I won’t be coming back.

Please choose different salon other then this one.

The staff were extremely rude and dismissive from the moment I arrived — no hello, no explanation, just attitude. During the appointment, they were rough and careless, repeatedly burning me with the electric file, and ignored me when I asked them to stop.

Within 30 minutes, the polish had already chipped, and by the next day, one of the nails had fallen off completely. When I returned to ask for a refund or correction, they refused any responsibility and had the nerve to charge me again to fix their own shoddy work.

To make matters worse, I later discovered they had given me a fungal infection — clearly a result of poor hygiene and unsterilised tools. This is completely unacceptable and honestly dangerous.

Avoid this place at all costs. I wouldn’t go back even if it were free.

My daughter had acrylic nails done here. They did an appalling job which left her with a fungal nail infection which was extremely painful. She went back in one evening but they wouldn’t remove them as it was late. They removed them the next day but were not apologetic and even asked if she’d injured her hand. She has now made a doctors appointment as she has an eye infection too which probably a result of it.

They wanted £10 to remove 4 nails!!! 6 of them had already come off on their own. £10 to use their little drill to remove 4 nails, wow. Avoid this daylight robbery place with less than desireable customer service
