I have been going to Gemma now for a couple of years (see previous review) and after all this time each treatment still feels like the first time I stepped foot through the door. Gemma's attention to detail and very high standards are a credit to her ❤️❤️ My skin is looking the best it has been and at 53 years old that is a major plus! Her knowledge and enthusiasm in her work is fantastic and she seems to love every aspect of her job. Thank you Gemma ❤️ Looking forward to my next visit and trying the new Guinot facial xx

I had my first every facial with Gemma and it was fantastic. She out me completely at ease explained everything that she was going to do then let me relax the whole time. Nothing hurt my face (and my skin is sensitive). I can't wait for my next one!

I enjoyed the Winter Warmer package at Hidden Beauty. Right from the start, Gemma put me at ease with her calm and friendly manner. She explained everything at the start and before each part of the package. I found this helpful as I’d not had some of these treatments before. Nothing was too much trouble for Gemma. It was clear that she is very experienced and enjoys her job. I would most definitely recommend this little oasis of calm and tranquillity.

As usual, a treatment with Gemma was relaxing and very nice. The anti-aging treatment( it was the first time trying the Age Summum) was so nice and left my skin soft. I’m going back for more, that’s for sure.
