After being nervous about skin‑tag removal for a long time, I finally booked in with Laura — and I’m so glad I did. She was calm, knowledgeable, and incredibly reassuring, which made the whole experience far easier than I expected. The procedure was quick and comfortable, and her aftercare was exceptional. Laura checked in with several follow‑up messages to make sure everything was healing properly and was happy to answer any questions along the way. A genuinely professional and caring service.

I've had Laura do my nails for around 30 years. Nothing is to much trouble and she is a perfectionist. The shop is lovely and I'd recommend her to everyone 😊

The staff at beautique are truly amazing. Went in today for a pre holiday wax with megan (never had a wax before apart from eyebrows)
She made me feel so comfortable and relaxed. It is amazing how a wax and a few kind words help build your confidence and self esteem. Thank you so much! I will definitely recommend to everyone who will listen x
