I went to get a set with French tips
After asking 4 times to make the nails the same shape she spoke in her language got irritated at me and told me to get out of her shop with the service not complete just lumps of powder on my nails I asked her to be patient and I will give more money she refused and told me to leave
I didn’t want confrontation and was trying to speak with her then a male staff member shouted at me and told me I’m too picky and you cannot have the same shape on every nail

I've been a customer for years. I normally never complain, but this time, I have to say something. So I went away to the carribean came back to get my nails off and have a pedicure why the man Tin was taking my nails off he said I should go back to where I came from and ask them to take your nails off and it alot and it's taking too long. I have never been told that before ever.. I did explain I got my nails done on holiday, so why would I go back there to get my nails off..
I am a paying customer and have always been respectful to him and his wife.. After he made the comment, I will never step foot back in the shop again.. it was beyond disrespect to me as a paying customer..
I was extremely disappointed by his comments to me. I didn't even let him finish my nails. I let his wife do it.. I've lost all respect for them.

Minutes then they said 2 people were before me. (That went for a coffee). How does that work. ? It should be first come first serve!
Customer service is terrible! Wouldn’t recommend at all.

I attended this salon yesterday after not having acrylics on for a while and was absolutely flabbergasted at the reception I received from both of the owners (staff). The male proceeded to tell me that i am too fussy and he doesn’t want to do my nails. All because i asked him to swap the nail he had just stuck on, as it was a curved nail and was wonky. He was very rude and disrespectful and basically told me that he can say how he feels. His wife also proceeded to agree. However both wouldn’t even give any eye contact. This was also in front of another paying customer. I was absolutely disgusted by their attitude and behaviour. I will never visit this salon again. This is not the first instance of them speaking in such a manner to their customers.

Complete and utter waste of time. They have no consideration of customer’s time nor value their customers. I was told to come back in 40 minutes as they were busy (which I didn’t mind) went back at the time given not only were they tending to other people (who were not there at the time previously) I was told AGAIN to come back in 30 minutes. Poor service it’s literally like you are on a conveyor belt. There are much better nail salons around the area just as competitive in price and who do value their customers time opposed to seeing them as walking £££. Take your business else where. Absolutely DO NOT recommend this place!!!

Small cosy place good to book in advance toilet available for customer use children welcome with mums.
I have been coming here since they opened the only place I do my nails great quality care and best pedicure. A family business.
