I am so pleased with the customer service I receive on my visits to pamper nails. They make you feel welcome, and they are professionals.

It's my 2nd time visiting this shop and to be fair i won't be back.
I came for a pedicure today (footspa) with gel colour. I felt the service was rushed, I wasn't even in the chair for long, my feet didn't get properly soaked or scrubbed. When it came to painting my toes it was rushed and someone else done my toes and my feet wasn't under the dryer long.
When I came in there was 2 other ladies getting a pedicure and I finished before them which makes no sense.
You can tell they have a good clientele as the shop was packed at 5:45pm and they was laughing and joking.

I won't be back based on the service being rushed. I only came here as its 10 mins from my house but I will go where I'm appreciated, and no doubt my absence will have no effect on them.

I’ve had a range of different nail designs carried out here, and I’ll keep coming back. Even after three weeks my BIAB and nail art looked flawless! I had never had BIAB before, but the team educated me on what service would provide the best outcome for me, and for that I’m so grateful as my nails have never looked better! I’m always impressed with the speed and precision of their applications. Highly recommend Pampered Hands for BIAB, nail art, (more than) reasonable prices and speed of service! 💕

I had an appointment booked for 13:30 I got there right on time, a woman got in the door first( NO APPOINTMENT) but I was the one made to wait. Unacceptable, what is the point of having a booking system if it is not honoured. First impressions mean everything and I will not return to this shop. Terrible and ridiculous behaviour.

Owner Response:

Hi, thank you for your feedback. We’re truly sorry that you had to wait despite having an appointment booked.

As a busy nail salon, we always try our best to run on schedule, however some services such as acrylic designs, BIAB treatments, or detailed nail art can occasionally take longer than expected. In addition, certain technicians specialise in specific treatments, so wait times can sometimes happen even with appointments.

That said, we completely understand your frustration and we apologise for the poor first impression and inconvenience caused during your visit. We appreciate your feedback and will continue improving our booking and timing management to provide a better experience for all clients.
