Really nice decor and cannot fault the politeness of staff upon entry. Day 2 of opening, waited 15+m (walk-in), all technicians working. Complimentary nibbles and drinks available, if desired. Young, polite female technician attended to me, I opted for a full set Cat eye effect and showed her a design and asked if she could copy it only on the ring fingers, she confidently stated she could do it. She spent a lot of time on her mobile phone whilst doing my nails and then struggled to copy the design, so much so two colleagues gave her advice. In the end, a different technician took over completely. When the 2nd technician was finished, you could clearly see the gold dust hadn't even covered the white polish, I pointed this out so she went over only ONE of the flowers a second time. It looked better, paid cash and I left. Upon closer inspection, the main flower design is barely gold, but rather the white polish with a mediocre attempt to cover with gold dust and my cuticles are now also shabby. Even with the Grand opening 30% discount, I feel cheated. I won't be returning in a hurry. So disappointed as it's the previous reviews why I went there in the first place, considering there are many other nail salons in the area to choose from. Such a lovely new nail salon! The atmosphere was clean and relaxing, and the staff made me feel so welcome. I’m obsessed with my nails — highly recommend this place!
