As someone who lives in the area and is a regular customer here is my honest opinion, I have been here for 5 times to get my nails done. Every time they charge me different prices without proper details, moreover the biggest issue is the language barrier. The person doing my nails has to hear a translated version of what I am talking which is somewhat annoying. Their work is amazing no doubt in that every single time my nails look gorgeous. However, they behave according to how busy they are, if they are not too busy, the lady will massage my hands and put a hand mask and apply moisture properly but if they are busy, they just apply oil to nails and that’s it. Also i really request the staff to have a proper pricing sheet for all of their products because i think my nails will cost something and then after they are done, they charge me the price of an arm and leg 😆
