Google I had a good experience at this salon. Melanie did a lovely job with my nails— they were lovely, and she was so friendly. It’s a shame it was her last day, but I wish her the best in her next steps!

Google AVOID THIS PLACE. Rude staff and prices are confusing. The prices are literally DOUBLED in comparison to the nearby nails shops. The quality for the nails wasnt even good! The gel nails are supposed to last for 2 weeks minimum but for me it was 4 days only and they are already peeling off!! And the customer service was absolutely awful. It ruined my day just before the wedding! I was asked to pay £45 in advance while making a booking and also while my nails were being done I wasn’t informed properly about the additional £40 charge! At the end I was told that “I am not respecting the work and that I am willing to walk away without paying” which was extremely rude and unprofessional since I already paid a fixed price in advance. I was told that the “extra price is obvious” even though I made it clear that I haven’t been to a nail salon for a while and as a new customer I have a right to be informed about any additional charge in advance, not after! For the simple gel nails twist (literally two additional lines for 4 nails which is less than a French manicure) I was almost charged additional £40 and I had to bargain to pay only £20 which felt like a scam anyway. I was offered £45 in Westfield for the same job instead of £85 here! And I didn’t even have the extensions.

Had a full set of BIAB with Melanie and I couldn’t be happier! She was so lovely, so professional and so attentive. 10/10 service, couldn’t recommend her enough.
Higher end prices but definitely worth it!
Google I had an amazing experience yesterday with both of the lady's at NUKA Nails. And from start to finish they where both friendly and welcoming and helped me to decided what nails I wanted to get.
So I would personally say if you are looking for a professional service with kind and helpful staff this is the place to go as I'm definitely going back very soon.
Google Disappointing. Scam. Avoid this place. Never EVER pay the upfront at this salon. Once you get there they will increase the price at the end of the work without giving you any information concerning the increase of service. The simplest alteration to the simple colour they call “art”. I have been there a year ago and I paid £25 for simple gel nails. Unfortunately it seems that a lot has changed since then and the nail artists started to take liberties. They want payments upfront for the booking and they are hidden charges that they don’t present to the client. I regret I recommended them to my daughter.
Google Had the BEST experience here at Nuka nails, for my wedding nails! Melanie was excellent and listened very carefully to what I wanted. I showed multiple styles and was offered advice and guided through what service would be best for me. Lovely environment, great conversation and great hospitality!
I’ve been to plenty nail shops in the past and none have delivered the quality I received at Nuka, from the cuticle work to the precision in painting & accuracy with skin tone matching. 10/10 would highly recommend
Google STAY AWAY. Me & my wife both work hard for our money and the last thing I want to see is her being upset after spending £65 at the nail salon. I don’t get how you can hide the additional charges until the very end, that should be illegal. Not to mention the fact that the same service is much cheaper in the nearby shops. Absolutely ridiculous

Google Booked in 3 and 5 year old for a kids manicure, it was lovely. Charlotte and Melissa was very attentive and great with the girls. Would definitely recommend a visit.
Google Blessed to find such a great bunch of girls doing the most amazing nails in West London. Fun environment and very friendly place with outstanding work ~ highly recommend!!! Google AMAZING! experience i stumbled across NuKA and OMG i felt like a total celeb! so welcoming but thats nothing! they fuxed my brittle bent over backwards damaged nails! gave my nails the shape that i did not know i had in me and picked the perfect colour
i THEN ,checked them out on line and realised just how lucky i was to get a walk in appointment i cant believe my luck but totally get the hype! ABSOLUTELY worth it! i felt like i’ve known them for ever. Their nail game is next level…… i’ll never go anywhere else again. if you want HIGH END TRENDY JUST LIKE THE PICTURE OFF OF INSTA NAILS - GO HERE!!!
