Literally worst nail salon ever
Why do they give you an appointment and then say you have to wait

Just had a foot spa, and gel polish. The spa was incredible, my feet are smooth as a babies! Tony and lily was speaking to their customers as friends and the atmosphere was so nice. The chair was so comfortable and could easily adjust my position. As a tall girl this made the experience so much more enjoyable! Very reasonably priced and I’m so happy with result! Will definitely be using this place moving forward. They are redecorating and look forward to seeing the new and improved aesthetic next time!

Unfortunately a big no. Gentleman doing my nails was on face time with someone the entire time, shouting, filling my nails whilst looking at the screen and not paying any attention to my nails. Rushed, and terrible work I had to ask for it to be removed before it was even finished. No hygiene, gloves, reusing tools without sterilising them prior.

I went to this shop to remove my Manicurist nail varnish. My nails were chipped and I was in a rush. I asked the man if there was a wait and he said there wasn’t despite there clearly being a lady waiting. The lady kindly offered for me to go in front of her after witnessing the ridiculous conversation we were having. I was then told to sit in a chair and tried to explain to the woman that the type of nail polish I was wearing (Manicurist) only required a nail varnish remover with acetone to be removed easily. She ignored me and took out a nail file to which I objected. She then got very short with me told me to sit in the next chair and dumped a bowl of acetone in front of me. She said I’ll be soaking here for 30 minutes. After 2 minutes… 😑 my nail vanish was removed and I asked her how much it would cost. Her ego was so huge she didn’t even ask about the new nail technology she clearly was not aware of despite being a nail shop owner. She then charged me £10 for a 2 minute service. Awful customer service and a horrific experience, I will never go there again despite it being convenient for me. If they don’t know how to speak to or handle customers, they shouldn’t work in customer facing industry. I will continue to get my nails done in the city where I can guarantee cleanliness, quality and good customer service.
