Google It is zero hygiene
Google This is the worst place ever. The nail technician did not do a good job at all and ended up causing cuts which led to bleeding. Despite this they still charged me £20.
Google Bad experience....
Google The first time I came here was some years ago, I got a french manicure but the Polish started chipping as soon as I got home. Since then I came back in December as it had been some years and thought I'd give them a try again. I got a French manicure and pedicure, after after two days I got lots of blisters on my hands and feet, which I believe are from the chemicals used in the salon or lack of cleansing tools. I'm giving a 2 star because although I've had a bad experience both times I've been here, the customer service is good and the nails did look perfect the last time I came. Regardless I won't be back because I'd rather not get any infections or burns from being here.

Google Communication skills❌
Google I still can’t make any sense out of the shoddy service we got from this place. Either they are not used to treating guys’ nails or they are just simply inept.
Google They overcharged me by extra £10 for no reason . Didn't do one of the nails properly, please see photo.
Edit - I just saw another customer complain about the same thing and the owner explained that gel nail polish is extra £10. This makes me more angry because I never asked for gel nail polish. You should've asked me and not scammed me out of extra £10 without my knowledge.
Google Nail chipped the same day. Lady who did my nails buffed my cuticles too much and caused some bleeding and she also took 1 hr 30 mins to do infill, french tips. Won't come back again.
