PLEASE BE CAREFUL, DID NOT USE BIAB, confirm by another nail shop!!!

My BIAB should last 3 to 4 weeks, but it only lasted 8 days. When I returned, they didn't care despite showing proof on their webpage. Rose insisted I pay half price for a redo. Despite explaining it wasn't BIAB as I've had before, she offered no solution, not even a nail tidy. She only suggested removing it, which was pointless. Terrible and rude customer service—despite paying extra for BIAB, they refused to acknowledge the issue. I won't return.

They make you pay cash so you can get refund.

used illegal acrylic gel on my nails that was near impossible to take off. would not recommend and would never come back. so disappointed, especially because they are so popular

Poor Customer Service

Kevin’s nail work can be good, but his customer service is consistently rude. I asked for a natural colour with transparent silver sparkle and showed him an example, but he dismissed my request and spoke to me abruptly, saying things like “You don’t know what you want.”

This has happened before, and when I said I wouldn’t return, his reply was, “There are other shops you can go to.” On top of that, this time my nails did not look good at all.

Good nails mean nothing without respect for customers. I won’t be returning.

I have been coming here for a few years now and they have never failed me, always best to have an appointment however they also accept walk ins and are pretty quick. Great prices for within the area. Friendly,polite and welcoming nail technicians.

I came in for BIAB nails, but the experience was really disappointing. The guy doing my nails seemed rushed and finished in about 20 minutes, which showed in the final result — he didn’t take the time or care to do them properly.

I asked for a nude, natural color, but he kept pushing a pink-white glittery shade, which I didn’t want. He also took off way too much of my nail length, and in the end, they just looked horrible.

What made me even more uncomfortable was that every time I asked something, the staff would start speaking in Chinese to each other, which felt unprofessional and honestly made me feel like they were talking about me. It would be much better if they just spoke in English while working with clients.

Wouldn’t go back, unfortunately — the whole experience just felt rushed and uncomfortable.
