Booking an appointment was a very easy process, and the staff were incredibly helpful from start to finish. This was my first time getting a spray tan, and Katy was fantastic—she was professional, welcoming, and made the whole experience so much easier than I expected. She gave very clear instructions and great advice during the session. I am so happy with the results and will definitely be using them again!

I had my hair coloured, cut & blow dried by Jess who is currently a Junior Stylist and was absolutely wonderful I can’t recommend her enough! She really listened to what I wanted and looked at reference pictures I had. The colour, face framing and long layers finished with a bouncy blow dry came out exactly as I described. I could not recommend Jess and the salon enough, everyone is friendly, kind and I felt incredibly comfortable. It had been maybe a year since I last had my hair done professionally and I felt quite anxious as I had lost a lot of confidence in my appearance but was immediately put at ease and left feeling so much more confident. I will definitely be booking in again and probably other beauty treatments too and highly recommend to everyone! X

Yesterday was my first time at Serenity for highlights, trim and blowdry and eyebrow wax. Jess was amazing. She put complimenting colours into my hair, better than I've had elsewhere. I felt really welcome and the atmosphere was really nice. Jess really listened to what I wanted and gave me that. Following from that I had my eyebrows waxed, I felt really relaxed, I felt no pain or discomfort and I could have dozed off if I had more time.
I highly recommend this beauty and hair salon it will now be my regular. I had the most amazing highlights for a 1/4 of the price I paid last time I went to the hairdresser and they are by far a much better colour. All of the staff are wonderful and everything was in one shop. You can also book online from the comfort of your home.

Gemma saved my hair! I had received an awful colour/highlights at another salon as Gemma was too busy for an appointment that week. I called Gemma in a panic as I was going on a trip and she managed to squeeze me in and transformed my hair. So pleased and grateful

Would definitely recommend. I came into Serenity to have a full body massage. One of the best body massages I have ever had. Ieft feeling relaxeg and very chilled. I had Sophie, she was very informative and had lots of knowledge on how to get rid of knots or tension within your body. I will definitely be returning, as I work in child care. Would definitely recommend Serenity to friends and family.
