Kate provides my amazing pedicure usually, but have had the other ladies too who are great.

This place is becoming so overpriced for the quality and standards. Firstly, I felt like everything was extremely rushed and no care was really put in. Everyone seemed to have wanted to go home so before my nails had dried it felt like I was being hurried out.

Secondly I had a loyalty card money off which the lady seemed to be annoyed about that and then she “couldn’t” work out the money off she tried to ask for more money.

Thirdly, this happened after taking my shoes off. The entirety just peeled off - which makes me believe it’s either poor application or poor quality products.

Lastly, my hands are smudged/nail polished bleeding because the technician didn’t wait long enough between coats. Not at all worth £40.

£35 for a pedicure like this is diabolical. What’s frustrating is that I don’t have time in the morning to go back and get this sorted and will need to spend more locally to correct it. Disappointing.
