I was my 1st time there, have had some bad experiences with waxing so was cautious but I didn't need to be it was surprisingly gentle, it was quick and most importantly hardly any pain. I will defo go back :)

Do put a sign up on the window if non Muslims are not allowed in. I was made to feel awfully unwelcome in this place.

I turned up for my appointment and the shop was closed! Extremely disappointing considering I had already paid for the treatment and arranged a babysitter. So not only did I waste my time, I also wasted my money!! I wouldn't be leaving this review if they had called me to cancel the appointment ahead of time, but no communication was made at all!

I did my eyebrows and upper lips yesterday with Vijal.She was too good and friendly. Few months back had done my eyebrows with one of the girls and she did it too bad and it looked horrible. Vijal advised me to grow it and she trimmed them so well.I will only come if Vijal is around.Thank you.

I often visit this place for facial/threading/waxing and it's always with Aiman. Can't fault her work; I have various skin conditions and feel at ease with her. Never suffered any post treatment reactions. She is also very sincere with the advice.

She did a very bad eyebrows, waste of a money don't grab yourself with the offers. Big offers poor service. she removed two hairs by mistake which is important and she wasn't admit it. Bcz of the romoved hairs my eyebrow looking very bad even i cant draw by pencil. And it will never gonna come back.

Terrible hair cut, one side longer than the other , I had to go to another hairdresser to get it fixed. And now ended up with very short hair. Never again

Haircut and highlights
Served straight away, no waiting.
Very happy with my cut and highlights.
Hairdresser (Aiman) didn't know how to blow-dry curls but didn't matter, straight is fine.
Would be nice to be offered a drink.
