Rarely do I have a good experience in a nail salon in terms of customer service and the result of my nails but I am so happy I found this shop. The customer service is brilliant, offering a free cold drink during the summer and taking their time to paint your nails exactly how you want them. I’d highly recommend

I’ve been coming here regularly for about 5–6 months now, maybe even longer, and the service has always been professional, clean, and very welcoming. However, what I experienced today was absolutely beyond amazing.

Today there were four young new staff members I hadn’t seen before, and honestly, they did everything possible to make us feel comfortable and cared for. From manicures and pedicures to different nail-building techniques, the level of attention and care we received was truly exceptional.

We were offered drinks, our feet were soaked in rose water during the pedicure, there was even an orange peel treatment — the entire experience felt more like a luxury spa or high-end wellness treatment than a regular nail salon visit.

It was honestly phenomenal, and huge compliments to these four young professionals for their kindness, professionalism, and outstanding customer care.

My first time visiting Nail Land and it’s safe to say I’ve found my new nail shop. Really nice service in there, great nail shape and range of colours. The price is also super fair compared to other nail shops.

Had such a great experience here right from the start. They were polite and spoke so well. They understood what I wanted and delivered exactly the same. Thought I would give this new place a try, very clean and friendly. Lots of colours to choose from. I had a shellac manicure and 5 days later it was chipped and peeling. Very disappointed.
