Horrible service, i was excited to try this salon for a long time, and i was surprised with the poor service, couple days ago i had a manicure ( just clean) the service was rushed and it didn’t feel like I got a manicure my nails felt rough and not clean at all!!

I was also surprised with the extremely poor customer service, the guy who I think is the owner was so rude and dismissive, looked at me up and down and huffed and puffed, I have never felt so unwelcome and uncomfortable in a salon, so disappointed. I do not recommend

so bad I went home very upset my nails are awful - what’s the point of customers phoning for a specific person to have their nails done by if when we arrive we get assigned with anyone? I had my nails done by someone I didn’t choose to do it with as I had booked an appointment and did biab - bulky nothing like the photo and such a bad attitude from the man that did them why get angry with me when you cannot do what I asked you to do / I don’t normally say anything which is wrong but this time when seeing the technique he was doing and just not addressing anything I was saying or wanting I had to speak up and say I wanted this etc and did not like it. I have been coming here for 3 years now and I think sadly it will be the last time - talking about customers in a nasty manner when you didn’t do their nails correctly which we have to pay for in the end!
Nothing to do with exterior and a nice place when the staff lack customer service skills and inability to take onboard criticism.

Just not good.

I'm super happy with my new nails. My nail technician Ken was amazing! He didn't go to close to my cuticles with the electric file, which always happens to me in other saloons and they bleed, but not with Ken! I'd highly recommend Ken and will be asking for him to do my nails all the time

Been going too this nail shop for years, absolutely love it. Book an appointment too guarantee too be seen as they get busy!! Always time efficient & my nails look 10/10. Always friendly.

They let an entitled lady cut in front of two people who had already been waiting 20 minutes because she had somewhere to be. mind you i had a flight to catch but didn’t make it everyone else’s problem. the guy mentioning the prices was acting like a smart alec the whole time - not smart enough to mention they only take cash or have any signage that indicates that. wouldn’t go here unless i was desperate. imagine sitting in a salon for 1.5 hours for a take off when you were (supposed to be) the first in line waiting.

Top Nails always does really a good job with my nails and they look exactly like what I ask for. I normally get BIAB and they do it for a very good price. I do have to note however that they are in desperate need of a booking system. There is no guarantee of wait times and even if you call in advance you always end up waiting. I have even previously come and just been told to leave because they are too busy. If you are coming be prepared for this take up a big chunk of your day.

I’ve been going to Top Nails Camden for so many years and wouldn’t trust anyone else. Their BIAB is the best in town, with great colours that actually suit darker skin tones. Big respect to Toni and the team as they are always professional, friendly and welcoming. Definitely recommend and they also looked after my Mum really well!
