Google Not great - called to come 30 minutes earlier and then when I arrived said they could no longer honour that so I had to stick to my 6pm appointment. Fine until I wasn’t seated until 6.30pm. One of the worst BIAB’s I’ve seen, no removal of dust so I have random specs stuck to my nail. Polish is uneven with bubbling. He painted it like shellac when really with BIAB you’re meant to build it up. I really could’ve done it better at home myself
Google I went to Spa nails for the 3rd time for Biab nails last for ages (7 weeks) and wow did they do an amazing job! I got exactly the design I asked for and it looks so lovely! They are so accommodating and pedicure very relaxing. Please do not hesitate to come here! I can’t thank them enough!

Google People are nice but it’s expensive and not very good — £140 for nails on two people’s hands and one person’s feet. My friend had to remove the ‘nail art’ the next day coz it looked like a 2yo did it. Two months later, four of my nails look bruised. It’s also in a barber shop and there’s a weird vibe.
I am so sorry for what has happened , but you guys were so happy when you left our place?? We had a small salon and all 6 of you guys came in and we services you , it was your friends/daughters wedding and we gave her free nail designs and also eyebrow threadings at no charge at all , you was actually very indecisive , choosing whether you wanted French tips or not! we put a smile on our face and continued to process the nails for you. The price was also not £140 for 2 people love, please do not put fake statements, I appreciate how you said it was a small place , but we tried our best to do all 5 people hands&feet at once with only 4 staffs?! You also did not contact us when your nails started to chip so we wasn’t supposed to know? I also know you came all the way from Australia so we gifted you guys with some free treatment , as you had a big event coming up .. thank you. we appreciate your review.

Google Went in for a shellac pedicure and it was by far the best I’ve had. Time was taken and I’ve come away with nothing short of perfect feet. Will be back again for sure!
Edit: I had another pedicure plus a dipping power manicure. As before the service was amazing and I am beyond pleased. My manicure has lasted better than any I’ve had previously as shown by the photos (first photo when first done, second photo 2.5 weeks after appointment). Can’t recommend them enough.

Google It was my first time visiting this place and the last one.
I’m doing nails for last 6 years, different places, different areas. I visited this place on Thursday evening as I was leaving on Friday. Simple design, just a French tip. I woke up on Friday morning and my fingers were extremely itchy. Around 12 pm my fingers got so swollen. Immediately took pills and calcium. Nothing worked. Travelled to my home country and it got me to this point that my rings got stuck on my hands. Removed the nails and now finally I can see a bit of difference and that it’s not that swollen anymore but last 2 days I was in extremely big pain. I don’t know what happened, how dirty the place was or what kind of chemicals did they use on me. Probably the cheapest things.
I want my refund!!!!!
Dominika, why did you not come back to us for us to resolve the situation ?? ive been working for over 10years and never had a problem like this , and please do not assume that our products are cheap !! We use the most best quality one . Due to our policy we cannot give you a whole refund since we have already spent time doing your nails , if there was any problem you should have came back within the time being! Thanks

Google Excellent service! Had been to another nail shop which were done terribly & also got scammed. Booked an appointment with spa nails , they helped fix my nails and are looking so much better than before!!
