I don’t mind paying more for a good service but honestly, every time I come here I get more and more frustrated. I paid £50 for a gel application and there was no offer of a manicure, they just didn’t do it. My cuticles clearly needed cutting but she just ignored it and didn’t offer. I waited to see if there was an offer, but nothing. It’s not my job to state what I need- this is the purpose of a nail technician. It was obvious it was needed. There is no consistency with the standard in here. Every time I’ve had a French tip it’s been different and this time was the worst. There are so many discrepancies and I the clear nail varnish has dried around my fingers. Honestly, I would rather travel further and pay more. Also they charge you more for not paying cash which shouldn’t be allowed.

I’ve been coming to this salon for almost a year now and they never disappoint. It’s very reasonably priced for london and every time i go my set looks exactly like i wanted it.
love their work with acrylic and infills, totally recommend!!

Ive been coming here for 6 months now and Lisa always does a really great job, thank you. She is really friendly and took time to explain different nail options to me.

I find the staff really pay attention to detail and my nails always look great and neat. They always check I am happy with them before leaving. BIAB lasts a long time and they have never split/lifted.

Ive never booked but the wait normally isn't too long, they do the manicures quickly but thoroughly and professionally. Thank you 😊

I had a manicure and pedicure with Lisa and, as always, she did an awesome job. I like my nails very short, and she always shapes them perfectly and makes them look really neat and natural. She pays great attention to detail and makes the whole experience relaxing and enjoyable. I always leave very happy with the results. Highly recommend Lisa if you want beautiful, well-done nails, I highly recommend!

The first thing is lack of hygiene. None of the file tips/bits were cleaned/ sanitised between customers, neither the cuticle cutting tool. The nail dust Vaccuum was not turned on so I was breathing and covered in white dust, terrible hygiene and sanitary practices.

Second, the technician who did not communicate well simply did not know how to properly apply builder gel, build apex, or smooth nail bed, so they are all uneven. Since I applied a layer of glitter and the application was not properly done, it’s all rough at the surface and edges of my nails.

The technician also applied WAY too much pressure with the file and hurt my natural nails/skin.
The final result is sloppy and I will not be returning there/ do not recommend it.
