Worst hair salon experience I had in a while. Booked a haircut with wash for £25 30m and had nothing like that at all. The barber didn't make any effort although I showed multiple pictures of what I wanted. The haircut was done in 5m without any care and with no wash and at the end I paid £30. Wouldn't recommend and will not be going back.

This review is not for the overall experience or either for any other staff except for this particular lady.
I am giving a negative review to this nail technician Mari that works in this salon on Thursdays. I booked appointment on Tuesday, two days in advance as I was told my usual nail tech will be working on Thursday.

On the morning of my appointment I got a Treatwell reminder couple of hours before my appointment at 10am. When I arrived at the salon at 10am I was met with a different nail tech and it looked as though she just arrived and was cleaning and getting her stuff ready. I said hello and asked for my nails technician, her response was that you booked with me and I was like no, you have never done my nails before and just then she instantly became very hustle. This lady was extremely rude, agitated and aggressive. It was so strange because she didn’t even know me and secondly it was so early in the morning. When I asked her why she was so rude she told me she has her own problems and that if I want to leave I can.
So l left because it was too early in the morning and I didn’t have to put up with negativity energy and let her ruin my day.

The owner, the barber and everyone else in this salon are great and I have nothing bad to say about them.

I'm sorry to have to write this, especially because I have come here so many times in the past. The staff are really nice and they do a quick job and their prices are very reasonable but on this occasion, my neck was completely butchered by a razor and I only noticed the cuts after I got home (but definitely felt them). I can't really bring myself to come back after this...

I got my haircut done from here. Honestly, I was quite nervous, but I ended up getting the best haircut! I wasn't even expecting it to look this good on me. I don’t remember the name of the lady who did it, but I really appreciate her work🙌🏼
