Google Really awful gel manicure here today. A shame as I’ve been going ages pre change of ownership but never again. The guy cut my nails really short, wonky, did barely any cuticle work then got colour all over my fingers. I’d even shown him a photo of what I had in mind so I’ve no idea what he was thinking. The manager tried to put it right at the end but the finish is dreadful - they look like my kids have done them! They’re only nails so will grow back but I won’t be returning here. Avoid!

Google Always a good experience here. I always get a pedicure and they do an amazing job very neat and clean short nails how I like it - always offer you a drink and try to make you comfortable. Salon itself is very clean and nice. 10/10 highly recommend
Google Unfortunately the quality of service over the last 2 years went down. Nails do not last long, chip after a week or so. They were always fine to repair, however you do not want to be constantly going back to fix something.

Google Always a great experience at EDM nail bar, the staff are really friendly, always offer me a drink on arrival. They're great at advising what's best for my nails in terms of shape and colour/design. I always leave feeling really happy with my nails, and always feel at ease when at the salon ☺️

Google This doesn’t even deserve a 1 star. Worst place I’ve ever been. Do not even bother going there, staff are rude and abusive. And nails are abysmal. I had cuts and glue everywhere which caused an allergic reaction and a nail infection afterwards. Their equipment are not clean.
Google Worse experience of my of life.
1. Products used for biab are not biab. The will be the same products used for your normal shellac nails
2. The customer service was terrible, pure money grabbing with no organization or politeness.
I advise to try another nail shop on lordship lane

To respond to you comment ( also not professional) I would think twice before you insult your local customers, as word of mouth goes longs a way.
I actually took photographs of the products you were using.. none of which where true BIAB. Yes you did apply a gel base and top coat an colour- and then a so called BIAB in the middle. I have since researched your products and it's definitely not biab. Your manufacturer/wholesalers is from deptford high Street. It's flexi Gel. Furthermore when asked in the salon could you show me what you use for shellac and BIAB you wasn't able to show me anything different
I even went across to the salon opposite you- they too confirmed this and I'm not the only customer to say this!
As for paying £45 for a rather shellac basic manicure after I was spoken to rudely threatened for you hold my hands down to remove ( let's not forget that.) Your even lucky I left the voucher as the woman was so rude she was refusing to accept it.
As per my original review- very money grabbing salon (also cash only) absolutely no service as you can see in the response
