I’ve tried to give this nail shop many chances, but every time I come here, the men who do my nails are very rude. They are aggressive, and I’ve been hurt multiple times from cuticle cuts during my manicure and from rough treatment during pedicures. The experience is always uncomfortable and painful instead of relaxing.

I’m also never happy with how my feet turn out. I pointed out that my pedicure didn’t look the same as what I asked for, and even after mentioning it multiple times, he refused to fix it.

Overall, I would not recommend this salon due to the poor customer service, rough treatment, and lack of care for customers’ concerns.

Been coming to this salon for nail extensions and pedicures its not cheap. Every time I had my pedicures with shellac nail polish they would drill filed my nails with their machine and my nails became weak damaged causing pain stinging on my nail bed of all toes. I went back for normal nail polish pedicure,so my nails do not get damaged from there filing drills they use. I had a pedicure and polish and ended up with all nails ruined the nails did not dry as they applied all three coats in one go and no drying method during the process. I went back and explained nicely and all they did was re-apply nail polish on top of the ruined nail polish and the owner of Sunalee who is so rude and disrespectful always, then "shouts out loud" you should have gel polish shellac, not normal nail polish. Being a regular customer i was amazed how he shouted, even though I explained my nails are weak and i can not have shellac and my nails are damaged. He had lack of understanding. Because they in a rush to take of shellac during the pedicure process, they end up drill filing down your own nail bed and damaging them. So to all customers be careful 🧐 because they just want your money but they don't take damn about how they treat your nails, its all quickly rushed as theres all customers sitting waiting and sunalee owner is a very very rude man and this country has lost customer satisfaction just because sunalee owner does not declare all his taxes and its all cash in hand money money money.

I visited this salon out of urgency, instead of my usual, Queen Nails in Hayes Town, and the experience was extremely disappointing. I requested a simple BIAB treatment on my natural nails, only to be refused on the basis that my nails are “curved” and that I must have acrylics instead. This made little sense, as I have NEVER had this issue at Queen Nails. Probably a desperate way for the business to get more money.

What was even more unacceptable was the unprofessional behaviour during my appointment. My nails were shown to another staff member, who reacted with visible shock and laughter. Throughout this, they continued speaking in another language, which made the situation feel even more uncomfortable and disrespectful. The lady doing my nails had a disgusting attitude - kissing her teeth, being rough with my hands. I’ll tell you one thing treat me with the same disrespect and the situation will be different.

I stayed purely because I needed my nails done urgently as I was hosting an event, but I left feeling embarrassed and pissed off. While I appreciate that my pedicure was accommodated close to closing time, the overall service fell far below an acceptable standard. As professionals, you should be able to work with different nail types and more importantly treat customers with basic respect. If not, go get educated on this and learn some manners.

They are so rude and talk about you in Chinese. They do a bad job and when you tell them they didn’t do it properly they get mad. They are not hygienic they do not clean their tools. I saw a lady using one the tools on someone who has fungus, didn’t clean or disinfect and used on someone else. Disgusting!

I have this place a second chance due to its location and nice light clean environment but the work they again on my nails is below standards. Rushed, rough, a mess.
Basic English spoken, no please or thank you, no smile. No manners. That’s a minimum to expect for a service business. I felt he was bored and on his phone, not focused. They need to understand people go to these place to been taken care of professionally and expect quality and precision on their nails. Otherwise what’s the point, I can do it myself. It’s not cheap and there are plenty other salons out there to choose from.

Got BIAB done here and didn’t have a good experience unfortunately. The guy that did my nails (young-ish guy) was quite rude, when he was drilling down my nails I flinched because it was hurting and instead of apologising he got angry at me for flinching. Never getting my nails done in these salons, they’re not gentle and quite rude.

Went to Sunlee today with my daughter as a walk in. Only waited about 15 minutes before we were ready for a new set of nails each. Lovely and friendly staff, who were gentle and attentive. 2 happy new customers
