I got my nails done on Friday 16th May 2026 by the owner of the nail shop and paid £30 for gel polish on my natural nails. As soon as I got home, I noticed bubbles in the polish and that they hadn’t dried properly. Within a few days they were already peeling off, which was really upsetting.

Because I was away and then working, I couldn’t go back sooner, but when I went in today and politely explained everything, she refused to fix them for free even though it wasn’t my fault. I honestly feel so disappointed and upset, and if I knew this would happen, I never would have gone there.

Haven’t been in a while- sad, and my fault! Normally have a pedicure which is great, relaxing & good value. Have also used for teen prom nails which were designed & really pretty. Friendly & easy to book by phone- recommended

I’ve not had a pedicure or my finger nails done for quite a few years. I don’t have the nicest feet going but I was delighted with the results. My feet feel wonderful. I also had my finger nails done with gel (French polish on fingers and toes) I love the results. I am beyond happy and have booked another appointment for before my holidays. Thank you all for making me feel special. X

My gel manicure was very messy and the surface wasn’t smooth which I’ve never experienced anywhere else. After just a week, the gel polish lost its shine and chipped on a couple of nails.

My wife and I have been coming here for some time now. We have tried most places in the surrounding area, but the pedicures here are head and shoulders above the rest.

Just had a full set of gel nails and a pedicure here and the service is impeccable, I am a bit nervous with salons etc as I have a skin condition and a bit of anxiety but guys here were just so welcoming and kind and made me feel at ease straight away. The pedicure was 100% the best I’ve had, my feet feel brand new and so soft and my nails just look beautiful 😍 thank you for making my little treat that extra bit special x
