I just got my nails done today , awful service and nails is an understatement… I never do this but this time I have decided to review my horrible experience. From the minute I walked in I was told I can pay by card no problem , I had to pay in off license for the purchase as couldn’t pay in the shop , I was guaranteed they have colour I asked for 7 times , of course they didn’t have .. he was rushing leaving my skin around with blood
On it and very painful and a hair stuck Inside the gel that can’t be removed … when I said I don’t like the nails I ve been told
“I know please pay in the shop opposite “
I mean I’m sorry but what kind of customer service is that ? I work in beauty industry and never ever of anyone treating and talking to customers this way , never mind my nails are just tragic and I will have to go somewhere else tomorrow to get them fix and pay again!!!
Girls please be aware before you approach the salon . It’s not worth your time and the money

This nail salon and its nail artist Chris is amazing. I was visiting London from Los Angeles and had to get one nail that broke fixed. I walked into four nail salons in the surrounding area to see if they would fix my one nail. The moment I would tell them its only one nail that needs to be fixed immediately they would say sorry honey we are booked. A complete joke if you asked me. Chris was beyond accommodating he not only fixed my nail but also did not want to charge me. This is what you call customer service :) I know where to come next time

My mum and I love to come here! They do my toes with such care! They’re also happy to test colours for you. Plenty of choice available!! Nice price, nice service, hygienic tools as well.

It pains me to write this review.

I have been coming to this nail salon for almost 3 years. I used to always get the exact same color of green for about a year, they would even keep the color aside for me (unfortunately it was discontinued and they weren’t able to get another bottle)

Recently they have dramatically changed. First, just the beginning of November, I called ahead and asked when they had availability this evening, they said I would be fine to be taken in 20 minutes. I arrive and immediately the salon is full.

I waited 2 hours before anyone even started on my nails. During which they continuously told me it would be just 10 more minutes.

Now today, I went in for a mani-pedi. I asked, are you sure now is an okay time and it will be done in a reasonable amount of time. They said of course. I then started the pedicure. It was done by someone new that I’ve never seen before and it was not done very well, my nails are completely uneven and unsymmetrical. Then I wait and wait for them to start my nails, clients keep coming in and they keep saying it’s a 5-10 minute wait.

I decided to not get my nails done in the end because of the wait. I asked if they could just fix 1 nail now and I will come back tomorrow or thursday for the rest. They told me it would cost me £5 or I could just wait for the infill tonight. (keep in mind again almost 3 years I have been a regular here). I decide it’s fine I will just wait as I am not going to pay £5 for this.

Then I go to pay, and they try to charge me more than the price was 4 weeks ago (this person was new). Then they tell me all the loyalty cards were thrown away (1 of which I had all my stamps filled up on and was waiting to use)

So bottom line don’t come here they are clearly just trying to hustle for more money and don’t value regular customers. You will wait for ages and ages and ages I’m disappointed that this has happened as I loved this place a lot.
