I had 1 massage treatment in 2024 which was relaxing, decent value for money so decided to book another this year, they took almost a day to reply to say they are fully booked so asked how about availability for next week, they did not respond which is rude and terrible communication and customer service. I will spend my money somewhere else with better customer service.

I found the salon randomly a day on Instagram and then decided to go for the first time more than two years ago. Since then I've been doing my nails every month and since January I have also started laser hair removal for my skin condition.
All the girls, Veronica, Valentina an Monica are very sweet and professional. They always treaded me kindly and answered to any of my questions regarding the treatments. Especially for laser hair removal I have never felt uncomfortable showing them my problem and asking them for help.
I'm sure I will try other treatments in the future.
Very recommended to all!
