They made me feel unwelcomed.

A friend recommended this place, however she is young and beautiful where's I'm not!...hence my awful treatment.

I arrived before my appointment time.
The staff member asked me 3 times if I've booked, when I asked if there was a problem and I can go elsewhere she said "Can you"?
3 other customers came in after me, they got served before me.

The service I received was below standard, my gel Polish was see-through so I had to ask for another coat of Polish.

I don't normally give a business 1 star! But they made me feel like I was only 1 star when I left there shop.

The lady was very friendly and offered me tea or coffee. Think she said her name was Amy. I had Biab underneath a general gel as well as a design

Bad customer service and a lot of attitude from staff.
I left feeling so unhappy due to the attitude of staff.
They talk about you and then smile at you sweetly like nothing is wrong.
They rush through the procedure and they look very unbothered most of the time and they are only nice to people they know.
Not a good experience and will not be coming back.
Very sad.

Pre-booked for a pedicure around 6 months ago. Came in and was made to wait 30-40 minutes to be seen to. Towards the end, I was told that I couldn’t choose polish as they didn’t have 40-50 minutes for me to wait, so I had to choose the more expensive option. Gave £10 and left.

I go there regularly, in fact most of the women in my family do too. Pedicures are great, and nails are done lovely. I love that you can make an appointment too. So not much sitting around waiting . friendly staff. 5*

I have been meaning to leave this review for a while. Was not happy with my service here which is a shame as it is quite local to me and staff are very friendly. Cleanliness is an issue but as I had left it to last minute I had no choice. Under closer inspection my nails were done rushed.
