Worst manicure I’ve ever had. Went in for acrylic refill and nails are filed down painfully to the quick, cuticles left a mess, whole process rushed, ugly shape and patchy acrylic that is so thin in places thin the previous colour shows through and in others really thick and clunky. Was told not to worry as the nails will grow tomorrow…..!!!

All done and too late to have them fixed before a wedding, I was gutted.
