What a shame. The same technician did BIAB on my hands, and I was really happy with how they turned out. But when it came to the gel pedicure, it was a completely different story. He cut my toenails far too short and did a French tip that was thick, uneven, and just looked bad overall. I told him I wasn’t happy with the result, and he bluntly said, “There’s nothing we can do now.” I asked if there was any way to fix them or maybe add a tip, and again, he rudely told me it was too late since he’d already done them. There was no apology, no attempt to make it right—just a dismissive attitude. I left really disappointed, especially after such a good start with my hands

I have never heard of this company before, and I live nowhere near here. I get a random call (I couldn't attend) so I call them back and I asked why they called which they responded with "what's the issue there?". I never got my answer when I asked again since they just hung up on me, if you get a call from here, call back and see why they called you (unless you booked something here). Nothing on the quality, just the people who are in charge of calls.
