Absolute disgrace I have been waiting out in the freezing cold today till 10 and gave up although shop said it is open on website and 3 others were waiting with me. What a way to run a business ? ?

Was 2 hours from.sitting down am a regular bit it was a .nightmare and got charged 35 instead of the usual.30 please be assured this is genuine I was 2 hours wd not say that if it was not true. The lad done me and the owner finished me off it was biab on the 28th came in at 12.30 and was started straight away and left at 2.30.i hv no reply from you even tho I hv sent u dates and times
Hv still had no reply from.this says it all hv proved it was not a true review but nothing bck

Just been to the salon tonight. Super busy as expected at this time of year. I knew there would be a bit of a wait, but they never turn you away. They will stay late to make sure everyone is looked after. Great family run friendly salon. Love my nails. Thank you

Been here on and off over the years and the service has always been great and I've always loved my nails. I came a few weeks ago with my mother in law to get both our nails done and it was just chaos. They were both in and out up and down looking after the kids which I don't mind but we were there for nearly 3 hours stop start stop start which was really infuriating. I came again today to get an infill and sat down within about 5 minutes had my nails filed all the colour off and then Justin went to move the car and hadn't come back 45 minutes later. I had 30 mins before I really had to leave woth traffic etc and I said I'm going to have to go I wasn't funny just that I had to go.i explained i wasnt rude that i had been waiting for 50 minutes to which she replied so had everyone else. Which i thought was not an appropriate response. She was then really funny, her tone totally changed and said she'd get them done before the 30 minutes her husband was coming back. I got my nails done within 15 minutes quick and a rushed job with hostility. Which I don't appreciate especially when I'm paying good money to get them done. It's really changed how I feel about the place and don't think I'd go back due to the rush, chaos and rudness.
