Worst service ever!!! I messaged on instagram asking to book an appointment to get my lashes done, the saw the message and proceeded to ignore me, then after that I sent another polite message just incase they never saw that message asking to book in or if they have any availability, they finally responded with a rude message telling me sorry they didn’t see my message and they never had room anyways, I was shocked but proceeded to ask if they had any availability for the following week, they then proceeded to look at my message and ignore it, I eventually gave up, so if anyone wants an appointment I suggest going somewhere else as don’t think they could of been more ignorant and rude if the tried

I’ve been purchasing gift vouchers for my loved ones, every birthday, Christmas & Mother’s Day here for years .

When asked what they would like for Christmas etc ,
“ a voucher for Rachael’s “

Fella’s if in doubt as to what to buy for special occasions , go to the beauty business and buy some vouchers for treatments for your loved ones .

Beauty business has been my place to go for a number of years now. Fabulous girls and customer service.
Today they went over and above to accommodate me and all done with a great sense of humour. Nothing is too much trouble. Special thanks to Lois today xx
