They offer a booking service but do not adhere to it. I booked in advice, and had two confirmation messages. They cancelled/tried to move it an hour ahead, 30mins before the booking. I live 30mins away by car, so I’d already left at this point. And was relying on a lift. Don’t offer bookings if you’re going to rearrange last minute. I wouldn’t book if I had all the time in the world. Giving it two stars as they nails are decently priced, but I won’t be coming back again now

Owner Response:

Hi cara ,
We’re very sorry for the inconvenience caused by the last minute change to your booking,we completely understand how frustrating it must have been, especially given your travel arrangements. We always aim to honour our booking, and we sincerely apologise that we fell short this time. We truly value your feedback and would love the chance to provide you with a smoother experience in the future. If you ever reconsider ,we’d be happy to welcome you back and make your next visit more enjoyable. Thanks you for your kind words about our nails service xx
