I usually do my own nails but my partner booked me in for BIAB for our holiday to give me a break at the end of my maternity leave. They looked good but unfortunately after applying and curing, Sheryl filed the cap off which meant that they didn’t even last 5 days. As the cap was filed away, water from washing hands and the pool very quickly got underneath and lifted them. I won’t be returning or recommending due to this.

I booked a bikini wax online. I have my right arm in a sling post recent shoulder surgery, therefore unable to drive. I walked 2 miles to be at this appt (I often buy vouchers for friends & family gifts, and to get my brows done here). I arrived 15 minutes early, not wasting anyone's time. When chatting to the girl taking me through - I discovered no specialised bikini waxes are offered. My genuine mistake (I wanted to have a Brazilian) I said how daft of me, I should have called to book instead. The girl I spoke to was lovely but off she went to speak to the manager who insisted I pay half of this treatment, £9.50. I did. However - please note that this does not show any genuine interest for your clients, just interest for taking money. I made a genuine mistake. I did not cancel the appt and had no intention of wasting your time. I walked 2 miles to be there. I will never be back again, nor recommend this place to anyone or ever purchase vouchers again. The manager did not even bother to come out to see or speak to me. I would have happily put the £9.50 towards another treatment - you didn’t even give this as an option given this was a genuine mistake. Disgusting service - AVOID.

I had an undereye skin booster with Rio although she calls herself Jadebeautyaesthetics at House of Elegance, To say it has been disastrous is an understatement! 7 weeks on from the treatment my eyes are still swollen uneven & dis coloured. I've had to seek help & advice from many different sources as RIO not only has she not taken any.....accountability she blamed me for being upset & unreasonable & insisted numerous times everything that was happening was NORMAL! It was not & isn't normal.
She also refused to give me back £60 that was the deposit for the "next" treatment. (As if I would actually let her near me again) Her last reply to me was she was no intention of of having any futher communication with me. Oddly she's now changed her business name. & has blocked me.

Nails done beautifully by Nic ❤️ had my acrylics taken off and builder gel put on so my own nail can strengthen a bit. Nic always does an amazing job! She always does my lashes fantastic too ❤️

A wonderful place to go, I've been going here for years. The ladies that work here are always welcoming and kind. You can walk into this place and walk out with all your problems feeling a lot lighter, going here just for an hour is like a therapy session! It's like visiting a best friend or family member, you're always made to feel like you're at home, cups of tea, and an ear if you need someone to listen. The owner is just amazing and kind and you will see her in there doing nails or anything else. The shop is always decorated to perfection and beautifully clean. These ladies go out of their way to help you! I needed a set of lashes and the lady I usually have (nic) was off, so she came in just to help me out! Her sets of lashes are just Fantastic! If you struggle with spare lashes or little gaps this woman has literally performed miracles on me lol if you want a place that will feel like a second home but with the most amazing service I highly recommend these guys ❤️
