Stacey at Gel Club Nail Salon is amazing, and the salon itself is beautifully decorated. I always love how my nails turn out.

The only issue is the front door—it has been extremely stiff for months now. It honestly makes me feel nervous coming in, as multiple clients (myself included) have struggled to open and close it. I’ve heard others comment on it as well, but unfortunately nothing seems to have been done yet.

I truly enjoy coming here and hope this small but important issue can be addressed soon, as it would make the overall experience much more comfortable and welcoming.

I’m sorry you find the door a struggle. This has been addressed multiple times, including the door being shaved. The door is wooden which means during cold months and rainy days the wood swells. This can then make it difficult to open, we appreciate this may be frustrating for you but please rest assured it is continuously addressed. Including the door being greased regularly. Due to the type of door and the season we are in this is likely to continue to happen but we always open the door for our clients, if you’re struggling please just knock if there is no one sat at the front and we will be more than happy to open this for you. As soon as we get to the warmer months this will no longer be an issue.

A wonderful experience from start to finish. I visited the salon specifically to get my nails done for my wedding and I couldn’t be happier with the results. I am a nail biter and Chloe completely transformed them with gel extensions. Chloe was patient and had excellent attention to detail.
The salon itself has a lovely friendly atmosphere and I will definitely be revisiting 🤗

I went to Rachael for builder gel today and I LOVE my nails! I haven’t ever been someone who gets their nails done and have always found the idea of going to a salon intimidating but Rachael was so warm and welcoming. The salon itself is beautiful, all in all a 10/10 experience and I have already booked my next appointment!
