Amazing service, and always to such a high quality. I went in for a set and she even stayed past their closing time to finish them, such dedication. And for the price I was absolutely astonished, especially for the talent and care they take when designing. The little koi fish came out so cute! Can't recommend this place enough

I use to go for overlays but notticed how thin the treatment makes my nails so had to change nail salon due to glow not providing biab gel

Today went for a gel manicure and pedicure. My nails/feet look and feel lovely. Professional, friendly skilled staff. Found my new regular place!

First time and last. I was the first customer on the day, it started all fine until customer started to walk in and getting full. The lady started to rush with the design and application resulting in imperfection in each nail. I had massive gaps showing my natural nail, some nails skinny, some fat, others more round- a huge mess for £50!!!
Nails are very flat, NO APEX at all( so dangerous!!).
I also left with a big drop of gel on my finger- come on!
Cleanliness is shocking, none between customers, they don’t change foot towels either between customers( I know because I done my pedicure too- how disgusting is that having someone germes passing on!) Tables are not dusted ever, dust from the tables all over ourselves, tools are not sterilised between customer or the brushes!!
I’m not a picky person and I hate complaining but I have being in this business and I thought I would try the new salon in town. I’m happy with the design match, but I’m very concern if my nails will last, be ok with no infections or break soon causing a huge pain.
I would avoid them, for your nails own safety!
For the owners, If you are in this business you must follow the rules of cleanliness and safe application, and this kind of service you offering is not ok, is not safe is not clean, also is putting the customers at risk. The true reality is that you making your money quickly one after another customers, but you risking others, this is not acceptable.

I know they don’t clean the place and disinfect things I was there when it first opened in the morning, I was between customers and towels didn’t get changed. How can you say I’m lying? Apex, if you have no idea what a Apex is, you are not a qualified nail tech, your answer says it all- you do what you think is best for the customers, a flat nail with no Apex on the stress area!I will never put my foot there again and I’m not giving my details. Read your other reviews I’m not the first person saying it. It was my experience and I saw what I saw you cannot say I’m lying. Your service is not safe for customers nails full stop, you can say and argue as much you like back.

Hi, … We are so sorry to hear that you have bad experience. However, we check our CCTV record recently and can’t found any first customer with bill £50 for extension and design, and pedicure. our pedi is 40 by it self already and i dont know where you get your nails set done with onther 10pound with design from .
And we do clean the pedicure chair and change the towels for everyone beofore coming in for next sevices. With the nails no APEX im sorry but were not going to a show to do nails APEX, and do you even know what are the APEX for , were nails tech we know what is good for customer and what is not .
we always be happy and explane to customer the best thing to do in our salon .
You are saying that our shop is cover up by dusted Im Not try to be rude here but youre in a nails salon what do you expect that nails salon dont have dust it just like you taking your son to the babber shop to have a hair cut they will have hair all under floor aswell,
We clean it when were free .
Our salon were always keeping customer safty on top im not sure how many nails salon you been before and how many times you get your nails done But to say something like this that not how our salon work is not fare . Please leave us more information for your treatment with us , the date , the time you were treated by us. And we can sort it out. Thanks
