Spent almost 3 hours at the salon, I asked for an ombré they said they could do it but it became very clear they wernt able to and asked if they could do something else so I said fine it would have to be tips but asked if they could shape them first and he said after… they began painting the tips and when I asked if they could do a second coat the guy became quite agitated and rude, he then said he was finished even though he hadn’t shaped them. I clarified the shape isn’t what I asked for and he denied saying anything, it became quite an argument I still ended up paying full price even though I wasn’t happy they were very rude and still didn’t do a good job but when I tried to complain that I wasn’t happy paying for something that wasn’t what I asked for they threatened to cut off my nails. Awful service and will not be going back.

Normally go to luxury nails and my nails last 4/5 weeks and still look brand new. Had my nails done 5 days ago. Already lost two nails. They look awful and very very over priced. Wish I looked at reviews before I chose to give them my custom. Customer service was no better felt very unwelcome and out of place there. Won’t be returning.

Really upsetting experience today after being recommended this place for its value and standard.

Before I sat I clarified the price and was told it is £37 with bank transfer or £27 in cash which I thought was off but sent my partner to get cash for me.

On the board it states £30 so I assumed he might have miss spoke and I clarified again to which he expressed for up to two colours it’s £30.

I got them done which didn’t take any longer than 25 mins and seemed slightly rushed. I paid with £40 expecting £10 change and he closed the til and walked away not saying anything at all like the rest of the appointment. I walked out confused and my partner went back for me to express he had over charged me and he proceeded to get annoyed and tell him he said £37 despite being asked and told numerous times. He then said he is keeping the £3 change totalling £40.

Nice salon, nice and friendly but very expensive. I had just a change of polish with a simple design and one nail repair. I was charged £25, sorry but will not be returning . I pay only £25 for infills and any design at my regular salon.

Hit and miss. I’ve went in the past and had nails that aren’t so nice I’ve also went and had some that are. If you’re getting nails done for a special occasion I wouldn’t take the risk as you may be disappointed.

I went to get my nails done today and they were fantastic! 🤩 in the salon was two men and their super adorable little helper. The man who did my nails did a wonderful job I gave him a picture of the nails I wanted and he delivered. They don’t have a card machine but they do take transfers. If you want a delightful time and great nails this is the place you should go.

Great salon. Pleasant and friendly staff Very gentle on my extremely weak and bitten nails. For the first time ever I managed to keep the nails on and get to infil stage before biting them off, so definitely a great result for me .
