My nails lasted less than 5 days !!
I did not message straight away due to the Christmas period, which apparently means I am not entitled to a refund as it was over 5 days. Once I notified the owner she offered me an appointment the following day which I accepted, to then be told she couldn’t do this appointment so the best appointment she could offer was a week later. The remaining nails began to peel so I did peeled them off to be told I cannot be offered a new set as I had peeled them off so she couldn’t repair them. I wasn’t willing to walk round with chipped nails! To top this off on leaving the salon I had to avoid stepping in a large pile of dog poo !! I advised I would be writing a review so I have been blocked from the Facebook site I have found the service to be unprofessional, unhelpful and unhygienic
I would certainly avoid this salon at all costs

Nails did not last a week, my cuticles were left sore and damaged. The gel was applied to my nail cuticle and finger nail, which unfortunately did not last more than 7 days. The salon were unable to resolve the issue. I am very disappointed and would not recommend the service.
