Ruined my nails, wasted money. After spending for gel manicure, the surface of my nails were completely uneven. Dont waste your money. They only care about ‘certain’ customers.

Appointment was booked online, correspondence was really quick and my nails look lovely. So happy.

Not sure if I like this place or not. Couple of my nails came off so went back and they were replaced without questions or judgement. When I was in there yesterday, another lady came in and said a couple of her nails had come off also, so now I'm unsure if the glue they use is not that great.
Also don't like that two or three different people are involved on one set of nails. it's not nice, and I don't understand why one person is not trained enough to do the full manicure.
Also noticed yesterday a woman and her daughter was in getting nails done, the mother finished first and went to pay the girl on the fill, once she paid, she went back in her purse and pulled out £10, gave it to the girl at the till and said it was a christmas tip, the girl just took the money and didn't say anything! No thank you, no nothing, I was shocked. I just thought wow, how very ungrateful of her, and how very generous of that woman to give that much tip.
Don't think I'll be back as I don't like the whole set up.

All the staff are friendly, and the prices are reasonable. I received a Christmas gift and it’s very useful. I’m very impressed, even though it was my first time.

Met by a lovely personable lady when I stepped in the shop. I had a pedicure and from start to finish I was in great hands. A 2 hour starts with a chair massaging and cajoling my whole back whilst he brought creams lotions and scrubs to massage my tired feet to life, all of this dedication to bring my circulation back into efficient flow. I’ve never had this service anywhere else. It was a phenomenal experience & he worked so hard with hardly a word spoken. I really appreciated and enjoyed my time.

All I can say is wow! wow! wow! I had a removal of old gels and a new set of gel nails. I did not book an appointment so was worried about waiting times. I was seen so quickly and the service was great. My nails are absolutely beautiful. I showed my nail tech the reference picture and she made them look even better than the picture I showed her. I am so impressed! She even sorted out my cuticles and I had a lovely hand massage after. Best place in nails for Lincoln for sure. Thank you so much Vu nails! Such a reasonable price as well. Thank you!!
