Recently came here to get my nails done, nails came out lovely however the staff was hostile and had a bad attitude, for example one staff member kept rolling his eyes at me. Also while doing my nails they cut my finger quite badly and it immediately swelled up and was left very sore, this staff member did not apologise and proceeded to put glue on the cut to hide the fact my skin was hanging off.

Been here for the past 2 years with my eldest daughter, consistently brilliant. I won’t go anywhere else. Attention to detail is fantastic, so neat and precise and staff are so friendly. Would highly recommend.

Got my acrylics taken off. The guy that was doing my nails had blood on his finger. The blood then went onto my fingers. I had to point it out although I am certain it was pretty obvious. He went away (didn’t wash his finger as i could see it still had my nail chippings on) and loosely put on a plaster then carried on. I asked him if he could wipe the blood off my fingers and he said “in a minute”!!! Never coming back here.

Got my nails done here for the first time yesterday and they did a truly fantastic job and I’m really happy with them. Staff were friendly and professional and it was easy to book over the phone. The only reason I’m rating four stars and not five is because both my friend and I had to wait forty minutes after our appointment time to be seen. I didn’t mind and will definitely be coming back, but just a heads up. Also - it’s cash only but there is a cash point in the boyes across the road so no issues there. Thanks so much!

Went here today for the first time, from Skegness, lovely sweet lady who greeted me on arrival, same lady and a man did my biab pink glitter nails, outstanding, I nearly fell asleep, I was soo relaxed, I am so happy with my beautiful nails, thanku princess nails I will see you in 4 weeks ❤️😍🥰xx
