A truly wonderful experience from start to finish. Booking was seamless and I was welcomed into a beautiful, warm and relaxing space. Sian was fantastic — professional, reassuring and attentive — and tinted and waxed my eyebrows perfectly to my chosen shape.
I’m absolutely thrilled with the results and have already received several compliments. The treatment rooms feel luxurious with stunning aesthetics, making the whole experience feel indulgent.
I can’t wait to return and try more of the therapies on offer.

I have been coming back and forth to BATG for around 7ish + years now and have had LVL lashes and brows done each time. I have never once had a reaction to the solutions etc used in the LVL lash process previously. On my last visit when driving home my eye was burning and weeping for the entire 40 minute drive. It felt like there was gravel in my eye and the constant watering of my left eye has now caused my left lashes to drop massively in comparison to the right hand side. This was written in an email and I was told a manager would contact me in regards to a potential refund. They told me they were happy with what the technican did and laid out that I could have “just become allergic to it” all of a sudden. My intentions were laid out via email and I knew that someone calling would be to completely bypass the discontment in my email. I struggle with calls, was at work and did not want to put up a fight & I thought I was cordial and kind in my email. I had to visit the opticians and then had to pay £12 out of pocket for some drops due to the aggravation caused in my left eye. When I’d visited previously you always got an aftercare sheet, spoke of goals regarding brows or how you wanted your look to be and then a little spoolie for your lashes to use throughout the day, there doesn’t seem to be that interpersonal touch anymore which is a shame. For the price of £76 which is quite extortionate I’m unfortunately not happy with the end results but must comment the lady that completed it was really lovely. I sadly don’t think I’ll be returning due to the aggravation it’s caused my eye over the last three days, the drop in quality because of my lashes getting wet from the eye trauma and the lack of wanting to come to a consensus. I’ve tried to make this review proportional and fair & hopefully I have his this mark! If it is rebutted with “you were happy when it was finished”, I hadn’t gone out and seen the condition of my brows or felt the discomfort in my eye until driving home and the call caught me off guard & was clear there would be no leeway on considering a refund despite the ordeal.
