Lily is so friendly and helpful and excellent at her job. Prices are extremely reasonable and have always been made to feel welcome.

Google I have never so many compliments about my nails as I have had since I came to Bourne Nails.
I have quite a manual job and break my nails regularly, I had the extensions and gel done and after two weeks they still look like they were done yesterday! Really impressed! I'll definitely be coming back! Thank you so much!

Google Lily and Hana are absolutely fantastic, they always do their best to accommodate any requests I have and are quick, efficient and I always leave happy with my nails. They've helped me to strengthen my natural nails and will give advice on nail care to ensure they stay healthy and strong, but will also share what's currently popular and help me when I'm feeling brave enough to branch out from my comfort zone. Customer service is always brilliant and always a relaxed and happy environment in the salon. Definitely recommend. 5* service!

Google The salon managed to squeeze me in last week which I was grateful for as my usual was fully booked. However, I wish I hadn’t bothered. What usually takes about an hour for a full set of acrylics took the lady 22 minutes because it was rushed. She was rough and hurt my cuticles on numerous occasions. When I audibly said ‘ow’, she didn’t even apologise. She also asked me to hover my nails over a portable heater to help dry the acrylic which I’ve never heard of before. It’s been 4 days since my visit and the nails look like I’ve had them on for 4 weeks! Very poor job and not worth the money. The salon was an absolute mess and I’m questioning the hygiene of the place.
